1. Positivity- You need to keep a positive attitude/outlook because it will remind you that even if you have a bad day it doesn't last forever and it will get better. It also helps to surround yourself with positive people because that will help remind you to stay positive.
2. Responsibility- You have to be responsible when it comes to taking care of yourself. Especially when it comes to remembering to take your medicine. If you forget that will only hurt your body and can mess up the schedule that your body is use to.
3. Health- You should remain in good health by making healthy eating choices and exercising daily to stop any other health issues that you can control from occurring. Also from some of the medicine you take it can cause weight gain which you can control by exercising and eating right.
4. Strength- You need to be strong mentally because it can effect you mentally just as much as physically. This also goes with staying positive because it gets hard sometimes and you might feel like you'll never get through it but staying strong will help you keep going.
5. Easy going spirit- Keeping a sense of humor about the situation your in can also make it easier. If you learn to laugh more about situations rather then feeling down and sorry for yourself it can make it seem a lot less scary. Although it gets hard sometimes you shouldn't let that stop you from having a good outlook on life.
